Introduction: Nawab Papadum is an authentic plain papadum used in Indian festivals and originated from ritualistic history. In every festival and ritual in India, people use papadum. Even in India, restaurants, takeaways, and homemade food are served with papadums from morning to evening. This culture has been migrating from India to Indian restaurants in the UK for many decades. Virtually all British nationals know what papadum is.

Production and Quality: Our papadums are high in quality and made especially in Madras, now known as Chennai, and the surrounding areas. There are many places where people make papadums, from north to south and east to west, especially in the dry and warm regions.

Papadums expand when cooked and are long-lasting to keep stored, but it mainly depends on the weather and mature ingredients. The best temperature for producing papadums is in Bikaner, Rajasthan, and the Chennai surrounding area, previously called Madras. Only the Chennai area in India makes plain papadum for the UK.

Nawab Papadum is handmade using all the natural and finest ingredients. The papadum dough is made with lentils, rice flour, salt, and vegetable oil.
